Executive Chef Marco Rossi
Executive Chef Marco Rossi brings over 38 years of international culinary expertise to Pasquale’s, grounded in his training at Rome’s Hotel School and refined across top European capitals, major U.S. cities, and the luxury Royal Viking Line. Most recently, he spent a decade in Nashville as Executive Chef at Tartufo and as a premier private chef for high-profile celebrities and music industry icons. Guided by his core philosophy that “simplicity is the essence of sophistication,” Chef Rossi infuses world-class Italian technique and genuine hospitality.
